Private Residential Developments - Manchester

The North West is an exciting region for contract flooring. Over the last few years there have been countless new residential developments that Winton Flooring have been associated with.

Most prestigious of these contracts was the Beetham Hilton Tower where we fitted a variety of hard flooring types including Amtico, Polysafe and Wenge timber floors. We are also capable of undertaking refurbishment work. Currently, we are working on a three year project fitting new bathroom and kitchen floors to well over a thousand properties for Trafford Borough Council.

Currently, Manchester is going through an extensive regeneration project and we are proud to be a part of it.

We are currently involved with two major regeneration contracts for Bullock Construction in the Trafford area and for New Charter in Wythenshawe.

We have recently completed three major developments for Richardson Projects at the Larches in Macclesfield, Broad Road in Sale and Allerton Synagogue in Liverpool.

The Larches is a 90 bed residential home for the elderly. On this new build project we supplied carpets and vinyl to 90 bedrooms and bathrooms as well as communal areas, kitchen and laundry.

Broad Road, Sale is a new development of affordable apartments. On this project we installed laminate, vinyl and broadloom carpets to 42 apartments. Allerton Synagogue is a mixed use development where we have supplied and laid floor covering to luxury apartments and a new synagogue.
